Recording a video using a camera on the screen is not a good way to show your problem. This is probably a graphic card/driver issue. Make sure you have up to date graphic card drivers and your are using your dedicated graphic card, if you have one. This can be determined by running the Graphic Diagnostics from Fusion. Also you could try changing your Graphic Driver in Preferences. You can also see if your DirectX configuration is correct by going to a Command Prompt and running the command DXDIAG. I am assuming you are using a Windows based computer, for a MAC, I do not now the method for checking your DirectX configuration.

@hgp-precision As well as what @jhackney1972 suggests, make sure Windows is also fully updated.
