Drawing does not Reflect Model Dimensions after Update

Dimensions in the drawing space to not correlate with the dimensions in the model eg. 300 mm in the model reads as 284.23 in the drawing. I've double and triple checked that I'm picking the correct points, yet it still doesn't match the model. This seems to have only happened after Fusion's latest big update.

Hi Kailey,

Sorry to hear you are seeing an issue here.  The dimensions in the drawing should always exactly match the design.

One guess I have is, provided the dimension is correctly associated to the drawing view (you'll see a yellow ! icon if it is not), could it be that you are using the single dimension tool, and while dragging out the dimension to place it you are getting a linear (horizontal or vertical) dimension instead of aligned (or vice versa depending on the design)?  Depending on how you drag the cursor out after selecting the lines/points on the geometry, the single dimension tool can be used to create both types of dims.  Alternately you can try the dedicated Linear or Aligned dimension tools in the Dimension drop-down.

If that isn't it, would it be possible for you to share your design/drawing with me (christopher.miller@autodesk.com)?  In the data panel, click the "i" for the drawing > Open Details on Web, then in the page that comes up, Export (down arrow in upper right corner) > Fusion 360 Archive.

Thanks,

Chris
