Drawing dimensions don't match model

I've looked up some other community posts and find a few issues trying to dimension in 3d, but in this case I am just trying to take a 3D model and create orthogonal projections and dimension them and I am coming out with largely different answers on some pretty simple geometry.

Here is the model sketch that defines the extrusion:

Note the rectangle has a width of 2.000

Now here is the drawing in paperspace:

This one has me totally stumped.....

Per my email back to you, I suspect it is the 1-degree taper on the extrusion that is causing the doubt.
