Drawing Dimension Alternatives?

There is ample information regarding sketch dimensions on the forum and youtube however, not so much with drawing dimensions.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on a drawing and I would like to do either of two things:

1) Change the numeric representation of the dimension to a letter.

2) Change the actual numeric value to a different numeric value without editing the model.

Both of your request are handled with the same process, however, I would warn you not to do the second one.  Overridden dimensions have a habit of creating havoc from those that do not know it is edited or those that forget.  Fusion 360 provides no warning that the model dimension is changed and the drawing dimension has not updated.  Take a look at the Screencast.

Thank you!  I tried that several times but couldn't get it to work until after watching your screencast.  The letter or dimension change doesn't appear as a preview; I guess I never clicked through.
