Drawing custom symbols won't copy/paste between drawings

So Fusion has introduced creating and importing custom symbols. However!
I can't see a way to save the symbols I created for one drawing anywhere outside of that drawing. I'd like to have a library of those symbols that I could share with colleagues and use across my drawings.
Right now an attempt to copy and paste a symbol from one drawing to another results in something very weird.
Instead of a symbol being pasted, an annotation saying "Qty" appears.

What is the point of having custom symbols if they are enrirely not shareable? I could ofcourse use an external svg library of symbols but that would require me to use a different piece of software to create them.

Can we please be able to save symbols to a library/favourites and re-use them?

I ended up creating a separate drawing specifically for storing custom symbols, and just import the symbols from that file into our drawing templates when changes are made.

Definitely not ideal, but it's the only way I've found to have a pseudo "central library" of symbols that can be shared.

Oh! I found a way to import them. It's pretty confusing really. I thought "Import" button is to import from outside Fusion and was trying to just copy paste. And Fusion Drawing doesn't like Copy/Pasting.

Hello @aleksei_ovsienko Yes, you can use the Import option to bring custom symbols into a drawing. This allows you to insert externally created symbols into the current drawing. However, at this time, directly copying and pasting a custom symbol from one drawing to another is not supported. Your feedback has been noted and shared with the team for consideration in future enhancements.Thank you for taking the time to highlight this.

Hello, I also would like this function to store and easily import previously created symbols from some sort of library.

I often tend to use the same created symbols often and to re-draw for each drawing is too time consuming.

Another little possibility to consider is the ability to manipulate a symbol. ie Like I make a big direction arrow and I want to mirror or rotate to point the other way. etc...

Thanks for anyone who is taking note.

Ok so importing is possible. You have not mentioned what type of file you are importing and how it was created.

Please provide a bit more details. Thx
