Drawing Confusion

I am confused with the dimensions I am getting when in I go the drawing tab. The bottom drawing has the correct dimensions.  The top drawing has dimensions that don't match. The only correct dimension in the top drawing is the 184.15.

The bottom dimensions are Aligned to the model and read the length correctly.  These dimensions cannot be replicated in the top view due to the fact the model is shown at an angle to the view and do not represent a true length.  Fusion will not measure prospective dimensions.
