Drawing Borders

Hi Guys,

I'm struggling to create a border template i keep getting errors when trying to import due to blocks and attributes blah blah, very annoying i have a dwg that is clean but its A4 scale can anybody suggest a way of scaling this to A3 that can be used in fusion?
