Two things I am struggling with:

I have my components structured which are a few levels deep.
Usually I manually balloon my drawings as needed.
In order for me to get balloon numbers that don't only show parent numbers I have to create a parts list and turn on "All Levels". This then automatically balloons all components. I then have to go and manually delete them all.
Is there a way to turn of Auto balloon?

Ones I manually add balloons and go between drawing sheets and saves etc. All of a sudden there is a bunch of balloons added here and there, and or sometimes some are moved to a different location.
Is this a bug or is there a reason why this is happening. It gets very frustrating to keep deleting balloons and moving them back to the position i had them originally.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
