Is this what you're after? I had to guess where you want to split the mould but it's easy enough to change that if you want it somewhere else. I've had to move some of the fillets to the end of the timeline to get it to draft but apart from that it was very simple to do. You might want to thicken up some areas as obviously the webs etc. are now thinner than they were. Also, the OD and the bore for the crank pin (I presume that's what it's for) has a double taper and will require machining so you might also want to add some material there before applying the draft.

Edit: I'm no casting expert but I expect you'll want to split the body so you've got two halves (one for the drag and one for the cope). In which case you'll probably want to reposition the neutral plane midway through the inner 'disc'.
