drag-n-drop and copy-paste between designs

I've noticed twice now,

I open browser to drag n drop into scene to begin sketch and the error pops up saying " Please save before adding new component"

If i double click on that same item to load up it opens without an issue and i am ready to continue work on that item.

This seems to be random unless i am unknowingly doing something different.

No that is not random!

Inserting an exiting design into a new one requires you to save the new design first.

Opening an existing one does not require you to save it first as that would obviously not make any sense 😉

Apologies if im not explaining properly.

If i dbl clik on an item from my browser Fusion says open into new empty
field.

If i drag n drop that same item from my browser into the same new empty
field.
Fusion thinks i want to add to the new yet empty scene, although there is
no existing file to save.
