Download Fusion 360 tutorials for offline use?

I'm behind a kind of flaky internet connection right now. Is there anywhere I can actually *download* the Fusion tutorials and save them to my disk. I've done the Google dance, but everything seems to be online behind Javascript goo. Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous,

So the help for Fusion is in a couple of layers.  The downloadable portion of the tutorials can be found in this level for example:

http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?learn=simulate

If you want to get the tutorials from a different section just click on the arrow next to Simulate and select the desired Workspace or skill.  At the bottom on the right are all of the tutorials in the Hands on Exercises "card" for lack of a better name.

Just select the tutorial that you want to do and click the link under the thumbnail.  Some exercises may download files and PDF's of instructions.  I would still get the file through the data panel (otherwise you will spend longer doing the upload and save before turning Fusion into offline mode).

Does that help?  Take a look at what I'm describing and let me know if that is the same area you were looking at before.

Thanks,
Todd

Hi,

I had the same question and I've followed these instructions but I don't see any buttons saying "download" or "save to device". When I click on the videos I've tried going to settings and to see if I could download it from there but my only options are quality and speed. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks.

Hi @ryanmichaelskinner,

The downloads are only available for the hands on exercises (tutorials).  I don't think the videos can be downloaded through the help format.  Some of the downloads do have videos that are not shown in the help due to being out of date, but show some of the tutorial well.  The link I'm referring to can be seen here:

Does that help?

Regards,

Todd

It would be great if you made them down-loadable.  I can't imagine the downside to it; and there are 3 or 4 scenarios where it would be incredibly helpful if I could use them  offline.
