Double twisted bracket

I am trying to produce a double twisted bracket in Fusion 360. I am very new to the software and any suggestion will be much appreciated. I attach a couple of views of the metal bracket from the plans which I hope are understandable.

Sketch the centre line, and middle blade, side view, 

Extrude the outer ends, and loft the centre bits, in the Patch area, 

Then Thicken it.
