Disabling Auto Calculation/Preview

I'm having an issue with my loft function jumping the gun to cut operation when I select a second profile, and this, unlike create new body, takes an extraordinarily long amount of time to eventually fail the calculation/preview or at worst just hangs indefinitely. I am having great success with the loft's new body operation, but **** is my process slowed up by this problem of loft automatically jumping to cut and automatically trying to calculate it. Is there a way to prevent the calculation/preview so that I can streamline my process? Thank you for your help.

There is some personally identifying information in the canvas. If I delete the canvas, save, and then share, will I be able to restore the canvas with the same calibration as before? Thanks again.

I'll attempt to restore a version after saving without the canvas that has some private information. Anyways, here is the file.
