Disable view auto-centering

How to disable view auto-centering, when I'm trying to sketch anything?

I assume you are referring to the view changes that do an automatic "look at" when you first start or edit a sketch?  I agree, that is one of my least favorite default options.  Fortunately, there is a way to disable it.  In the preferences, just uncheck this option:
