Direct modeling model migrate to parametric?

I'm wondering if it is possible to take an existing model that has been created in the Direct Modeling mode and do further work on it using parametric modeling, or if this will somehow create some issues with any existing geometry or anything else.

Hi @mbostonsprint,

You can certainly do this.  You can turn on history at any time by right clicking on the root of the design and choosing "Capture Design History":

However, be aware:  This will only capture design history for operations that happen after you make this conversion.  It will not create design history for any existing geometry.  As long as you are OK with this, you are all set.
