Dimples on a complex shape or surface

hi,

i want to make some pattern (like a golf ball) in the inside of a tube or on a complex surface. The dimples should be in the inside of the part. Because there is air flowing thru. The goal is to increasse airflow with this pattern. The part should be a CNC Aluminum part. The dimples should be round not hexagon.
