Hello all!
I'm just learning F360 so please be gentle . . . I'm noobish but learning fast!
I'm trying to 3D model a guitar neck for CNC milling and the headstock volute is giving me a difficult time. The back of the neck lofts just fine but I'd like the top to loft to a different point. The screencast attached might be helpful. I've also attached the F3D file if anyone wants to check it out.
Screencast URL - https://autode.sk/2J16GcV - the Screencast attach isn't working for some reason.
I've cut out quite a few necks and bodies as 2D objects and just hand shaped them. But I feel like that's chickening out when I have a 2.5D capable CNC router. This is my first attempt at creating a true 3D neck with 2 sided CAN tool paths. With the exception of this problem it's working fairly well.
I'm sure this is super simple - but I can't figure out what to search to solve the problem!
Thank you!
Rich
