DFX export not using default units

I have a part that I exported a dxf to use in Pronest for plasma cutting.

The dxf file worked in Pronest but it exported the dimensions in cm instead of inches.

Dxf and f3d files attached.

Is there a setting I can change in Fusion 360 to have it export in inches?

(my default units and this part are both set to inches)

Or is this a know bug?

 Thank You!

Carl

The cloud translators have no link to Fusion so don't know your default units, although I guess they could read it from the design.

What you can do is create a sketch on the part and project the face then export the sketch using Save As DXF. Note, if you have auto project on just creating the skech on the face is all you need to do, if you project as well you'll end up with double lines.

@HughesTooling

Thanks for the support. File>Export should provide the active document units for the exported document now.

@Phil.E Just did a quick test but got mixed results! The sketches in the exported DXF where correctly exported in mm to scale. But the solid model was exported 10x too small.

In Fusion I have this, note the sketch dimensions are visible and 330mm for one side.

But this is what I get opening the DXF in Rhino. I double checked and get the same in Fusion.

I've attached the test file.
