Designs will not upload to cloud

Hi, none of my recent designs upload to or save in the folders I'm saving them in. If I am in online mode I cannot find them anywhere, not even in the "my recent data" folder. The only way to find them is to go in offline mode and then I can find them in the "my recent data" folder but still not in the folders I save them in. Also, it is not a failure to upload problem because the upload progress window says all the uploads are "complete" none of them say "failure." How can this bug be solved? Because it is really annoying to have to go in offline mode everytime I want to open a design.

I am sorry you are having this issue. In order to diagnose the issue I will need to review your logs. To retrieve your logs go to the help menu and select the "Diagnostic Log Files" command. Please send them to me directly. My email is kris.berg@autodesk.com.

Hi @Anonymous,

We have been investigating your logs and still have some remaining issues we want to look into.  However, on your main upload issue can you try the following?

1. Sign out of Fusion 360.
2. Close Fusion 360
3. Open Fusion 360 and login.
4. Create a new design and put some random geometry in it (ie. make a box)
5. Save the new design

Does that new design show up in your project/data panel?  If not, let me know and send your new logs and we will do further analysis.  If it does show up:

1. Go offline

2. Open each design that was not successfully uploaded to your project

3. Use Save as to save each of them to a new name

4. Go online.  This should cause these files to now be uploaded successfully.

If it does not again, let me know and send logs.
