Design > Assembly > Relationships Panel missing

I was looking at the new November update, and was interested in the new assembly constraints function but I don't see the panel or a way to select it. My screen has Mesh/Sheet metal/ Plastic/Manage and not Mesh/Sheet Metal/Plastic/Assembly/Manage along the ribbon bar.

Can you show what was shown on the update information page.

Can you show screenshot of what is on your screen? Something like this...
