Design disappeared

I have been working on a design for a few months at the beginning of this year and hadn't been working on it for a few months. When I started Fusion 360 up on my computer(same one that I always have worked on) the design is gone. It starts up with a "new design" and have no record of my old design. I had gears, plates, tubes, screws and everything laid out but now it gone. Can anyone help?

I received an email from autodesk360.com that said the file TiltArmGearSystem.f3z is ready to be downloaded. I downloaded this file but don't know what it is. Is it a zip file? If so how do I extract it? Thanks...T

Hi @alphatozeta,

It's an assembly file and you don't need to extract it. Please upload it from the Data panel, and you will be able to open the files in Fusion 360. I hope this helps!
