Design axis became rotated during design

During the course of a design the design axis became non upright. Going back through history did not change this. How do I get the axis back upright?

1. Left click on Front in the View Cube.
2. Right click on the View Cube.
3. In the context menu, select Reset Front.
4. Left click on the XY Origin Plane.
5. Left click on Front in the View Cube.
