Deleting Lines Inside a Solid Body

Hi! I just recently used Fusion360 so please forgive me if this issue sounds stupid.  So, I've spent hours deleting the curved line inside the solid but it just can't be deleted. I've tried unstitching it but it also won't unstitch. This object/form was not created by me. The file was just sent to me. I know that for some that it's easy to just create a new form like that but like I said, I'm just a beginner and it would be easier to just delete the curved line than make a new one. Please help me. I've also linked the file so you can take a look at the problem. Thank you. Replies would be greatly appreciated.

@Anonymous  For the surface with the bigger slot the easiest way is to use Untrim. @jeff_strater  Can you take a look at the surface with the narrow slot, not sure why untrim seems to fail. It seems to create a second surface and stitch but doesn't merge them. See screencast for untrim on both surfaces. File's attached.

@Anonymous  For the surface with the narrow slot just project the surface to a sketch and delete the slot from the sketch then recreate the patch. Note, double clicking on the slot in the sketch will select the whole profile, then delete. See screencast and attached design.

Thank you so much! I didn't know it was that easy. I've been manually deleting/removing holes inside solid bodies days ago, it was such a hassle. I wish I knew about this sooner lol. Thank u again!!!

If you have a solid body rather than a surface or poly surface you can delete holes\feature in the Solid workspace and Fusion will auto heal the body.

Here's an example using a body with no history.
