I think what you really need is user roles and access control lists.

Currently every user has full administrator privileges.

There should be an easy way to grant / revoke read/write/delete/share/etc access to individual users or groups of users

My question is related to this one, so I'd like to add to it:

1. How do I control access to data for my team members/employees?

2. Fusion 360 is a cloud based product and the license agreement says third party computers are involved in storing my data.  How is Autodesk protecting my intellectual property from being observed by others who are not me? This is important because patenting is a first-to-file system now in the U.S. A leaked design can destroy my product.
