Data panel not loading

Right now my data panel is blank with just the spinning donut.  I've tried giving it ~5 minutes as well as logging out and back in with no luck.  Anyone else see this?

Cheers,

Data panel is not loading for me either.

I found that if I go "offline", the data panel will load the most recent projects at least.

No. Nor did any shut down/restart etc.etc.

Came back about half an hour ago for me

Could see data in browser, but if you tried to 'open in 360' would stall at panel as well

Everything seams to be working now for me. About an hour ago I manually went into "offline mode" to show the local files so that I could work on a project. After awhile, I then went back "online" and the data panel showed all files again.

Hi Guys,

Were all of you trying to access this from inside of Fusion? Did you see the same thing if you tried to access it directly through A360?

Thanks for any details you can share with this and thanks for posting that you are back up and running.

Nothing would show up in the Data Panel inside fusion (except the spinning wheel). The files were present on the Myhub/A360 page. If you tried to 'open in fusion' it would stall

I didn't try loading on A360.  Was working when I checked back in 30-60 mins.

I see this is a rather old topic but there has been no satisfying solution whatsoever. After the recent May update I have the same problem. Both in online and in offline mode the data panel is first gray and the Windows ring is spinning. After some seconds the data panel turns white and nothing loads. The same in offline mode.

Restarting Fusio360 and starting it as admin does not help.

I have this problem since the update (2 days ago). In the myhub in a browser I can still see my projects.

Hello,

I believe your problem is different from the other problem in this thread, since the background of the data panel window is white. That indicates that the panel was not loaded at all.

Can you try right mouse click to the white area and see if the menu pops-up ? If it does please click the "Show DevTools" there.

Also, do you have Google Chrome installed by any chance ?

If you can post here also Fusion360DiagnosticLogs.zip. It can be collected from the "?->Diagnostic Log Files" menu.

Thanks, Michal

Hey hradilm. I could solve this issue by going to my network settings and setting the proxy in the 'network' tab back to "No proxy". For some reason it was set to some strange internal ip address after the latest May patch.

See this thread aswell http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-and-documentation/unable-to-save/m-p/5630740#M23827

Thanks.
