Welcome to the Fusion 360 discussion forum! I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulties loading data. Can you elaborate further on the what is happening? For example, are you opening a file from the data panel? Is there an error message? Is this on the same network you were previously using Fusion 360 on?
Could you attach the diagnostic log files to this thread? It may help to investigate this issue better. There is a command for this located in the help drop down menu.
