Dashboard error/bug

I have the import notification stuck on my dashbord screen and it won't go away even though the data has successfully been imported. I have tried several things to try and remove it. Reinstalling the app, signing out then back in etc. Still there.

any ideas why??

Hi rpagewood

The way to clear the upload cache so the program will stop trying to upload.

Browse to C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\9T7HR93TCPCP\PLM360Cache\qa4001.autodeskplm.com\UploadQueue

Delete any data that shows up in this folder.

If this does not solve the problem try going into "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\dev\JobManager360\9T7HR93TCPCP\" and delete everything in that folder.  Close Fusion first.

Have you tried importing any other files since this issue started occurring?

Yes I have. several new uploads. All have been successful.

Hi,

Can you try deleting the following?

1. Browse to %localappdata%\Autodesk\production\JobManager360\<id of the application you are running>

2. Delete the jobs.json file

3. Launch the application

best regards,

Sanjay Jayabal (Autodesk)
