Cutting path issues due to apparent constraints

Im fairly new to the world of Fusion (360) and desperately need help. Im starting a small hobby / business to do some metal working.  I have Fusion 360 and am trying for weeks to figure out why  everything im designing ( even when i follow You tube Videos) my cutting path simulations dont work 100%.

For example i could design a simple plate with holes and slots and then do the manufacturing set up and want to simulate what im going to get.  Whenever this happens i end up missing holes or features on the SIM.  Why?  Sometimes a warning pops up and mentions constraints sometimes not.   I could try to select half the features to see if the program picks it up, but then some of those dont even simulate.  Its always different.....but the only same thing is the simulation still doesnt work without somethinbg missing   Can anyone guide / help me figure this out.  Thanks

You will need to attach a file showing the issue to the thread in order to get meaningful answers.

If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.
