Cutting Off Top of Pot

Is there a way to chop off the top of  a bottle (or any object)?

I'd say slice, but I take i that has another meaning.

Split Body is probably the simplest.  You can either create a plane or a sketch line to use as the cutting tool.  Remove, not Delete the excess.
