cusor got stuck

guys this often happen when there is a power cut in my area then the cursor got stuck on view changing cube on the top right corner below the option tab. Which leads to loss of data.

1. Launch Fusion 

2. Go to help - support and diagnostics - clear cache 

3. Now create a new design 

4. Don’t save it yet 

5. Disconnect your Internet 

6. Does the same experience of cursor being stuck happens?

Is this a laptop or a desktop?
