Creation of threads

I'm looking to create female threads based on the male thread diameters.

What I know:

- thread pitch is 6 threads per inch

- outside diameter of male threads in 3.25" or 82.55mm

- nominal size is 2.5" or 63.5mm

Is it possible to create a custom thread type to use with Model>Create>Thread?

For the curious, these are the threads for fire hydrants in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Can I just check that you mean the nominal size of the female thread is 2.5"?

Fusion does not allow for custom thread creation in create >  thread as far as I know but there are well recorded techniques for doing this on YouTube.
