Hey,
So bare with me if I'm asking an odd/noob question, I'm still very new to modelling in general but especially solid modelling in F360.
Below is an image of what I have, which is a face cut out of a curved solid.
What I would like is for the outline of this face to be a sketch that I can loft to (I know I can loft to the plane, but thought a sketch would be easier to work with. Correct me if I'm wrong)
So is it possible to just keep the outline of the shape and get rid of the face which I don't need?

When this sketch is created the line/s it creates dont seem to be joined.
They dont select as a chain if I want to choose them to loft to for example, and if each line is selected using cmd/ctrl then loft is selected afterwards it creates several profiles and bugs out.
Is there any way to fix this, I read topic which seemed to be for a similar issue and it didn't seem a proper 'join' command had been implemented yet?
Depends if it works for you, how big the gaps may be
Try to break the links, and then make endpoints coincident.
