Creating a Simple Ring

Hi Guys, im a complete novice in Fusion 360 and only been using it for about 2 weeks.

I would like to design a ring similar to a wedding ring.

The photo i've attached is a simple example. I can create the ring shape, place the fillets and also indent into the ring it self.

But to add the detail along the curve is proving difficult? are there any videos that may help me understand how to do this.
