Creating a Drawing from Design Crashes Fusion 360

Just as the title says:

I have a new file in which I drew a simple cube component. From here, I created a drawing from the design and selected a "From Scratch" template. Selecting OK then crashes Fusion 360. The prompt suggests that I try reinstalling Fusion 360.

So far I have done a clean wipe as outlined by another forum post and uninstalled fusion. After reinstalling this is still an issue.

Any help is appreciated

Hi rkerr.leafs,
I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with drawings.  I'm assuming you're on Windows.  Can you please try the following:

1. Close Fusion > Launch Windows Task Manager > Are there any AcCoreConsole or Fusion Drawings Console processes still running?  If so End Process for these
2. Launch Windows Explorer > Enter %LOCALAPPDATA% as the folder
3. Open Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360, you should see a folder named AcCore
4. Rename the folder (AcCore_BAK) > Launch Fusion and try to open or create a drawing

If this solves your problem please let me know and if you can, please zip up and send me (christopher.miller@autodesk.com) both the BAK and new AcCore folders.

If this doesn't fix the problem, what OS are you using?  Is the system locale/format set to English or something else?

Thanks,
Chris

AcCore changed to AcCore_BAK. When reopening that folder after attempting to make a drawing these are the available folders. No processes called AcCore or Fusion/Autodesk were running after closing fusion. Issue still persists.
Running Windows 10 with English set as the language

Opening a drawing file also crashes the program.

Hi rkerr.leafs,

Do you have Administrator privileges on this system?  Is this a standard install or Adminstrator (educational) install.  We are still trying to track down the reason why some users are experiencing this crash after the last update.

Would it be possible for you to zip up and email me (christopher.miller@autodesk.com) those two folders (AcCore and AcCore_BAK) so we can take a look?

Thanks,
Chris
