I am making a cup holder (as part of a bigger project) and would like to know if anyone knows of a UTube tutorial or something that would help me create the 4 sides flare out kind of tulip shaped. Including a jpeg here to illustrate.

Hi @ken5QKMT ,

I hope you are doing good, and Thanks for posting to the Fusion 360 Forum.

In this request I would like to know more, Are you trying to create a model, Machine a Part or 3D printing?

Please add some more details or exact requirements so we can able to help you.

Thanks,

It is for 3D printing a coffee holder. If it flares out toward the top it will accommodate a wider range of cup sizes securely. I have the whole project specd out as I have designed it in Blender before, but I have found Fusion 360 gives me a lot more tools (and creates models with less errors) and I am trying to make this version better than my original.

You'll get better help if you provide some example. Do you mean something like this product? If so, here is one way to do it:

That is perfect. Is there a tutorial on using those tools?

I haven't watched tutorials recently, but I bet there are many. One place to watch some good fundamentals is Self Placed Learning courses.

OK Thanks. I will check that out. I can use your timeline as search criteria.
