When I look at the data panel and click on th "i" icon of a drawing I get some that indicate "Created by:" followed by my name. Yet on some others it indicates "Created by Me." Why the difference? And, Has this something to do why if I drag it into a new drawing I get "read only" ???

Hi,

This  item “Created by:” tells you who is originator of this design.  If you are logged as the originator then you see ‘Me’ in other way you see an Fusion 360 account name. This is usually possible see in case that you are invited to a project OR if you invite someone to a your project (SHARE a project).

If you are sure that it is your name then it looks like an issue and I hope it is cosmetic issue only. Could you send us screen capture of your Data Panel with Design details.

Read only flag is displayed :

1. for designs opened from SAMPLE area
2. for older versions of designs – see an attached image . There is possible to use Save As command to create a new design

Everything seems to be working fine now. I suspect this may have happened with Fusion being open on both my PC and Mac.
