'Create text' seems to be missing

I'm a hobbyist and using F'360 for about a year so still learning.  Today when I opened the program, I see it says 'Education License' with a different look to the toolbar icons across the opening page, which is an indication something has changed. I started my new file with a sketch (box) in 'Design' (has been changed from Model'). I want to design an engraving but seem to have lost my way when trying to create text....... Please help -----Tom

You are looking at Fusion 360 new UI.  Things have not change that much.  Text is a sketch command, so start your sketch and under Create, you will find the Text command.  See screencast.
