Create dome-shaped dimples on multiple component bodies

I have these small expansion washers that i'm going to 3D print which all have slightly different chamfer settings on the top inner ring. To more easilly tell them apart, I want to add small dome-shaped dimples to the underside; 1 on the first, 2 on the second, etc.

What is the easiest way to do this?

I can sketch the circle and profile of the dome on one component, revolve-cut the dome, and then circular array the feature to copy it multiple times for each component, but i'm hoping I can just define the sketches (circle and revolve profile) once and then somehow use it for all four components.. But I don't know how.

Thanks in advance!

PS. My file is a hybrid design

PPS. Is it possible to define a feature like this revolve cut, and then copy it anywhere you want to apply it? e.g. copy it and move it to another face, positioning the centre of the circle to something?
