Create bevel inside hole

How can I create a bevel inside the top edge of a hole (indicated where circled in red)?  I did one using Revolve like I want but this is already drawn and I'd like to create a similar bevel or chamfer inside the hole like the sample in blue.  I have a feeling it's going to involve creating a plane but I couldn't get any of those to work for me.  And I realize I could just do it in CAM and lower my Z point until the chamfer looks like I want but I'd rather draw it in place and cut to what I've drawn.

Not sure if this is what you're asking for, but here are a version with a chamfer and one with a revolve cut
