Create a sheet metal part from an extruded solid with desired final profile

Simple bent barstock pattern, I know and have sketched the final bent profile, can I create a sheet metal part and flat pattern from this?  I can create the sheet metal part, but it says no bends are attached.  I could create a flat stock and try to fidget with flanges or bends to match the profile, but this seems fidgety and inaccurate.  Is there a better way?

As long as your bracket is a sheet metal part,

yes you can Flat pattern it.

Might help....

It is much easier to generate a flat pattern when the model is built the sheet metal tools rather than modeled as a solid and converted. You can lay out your baseline sketch and then measure the flange lengths and angles from the sketch geometry. It could also be manipulated with user defined parameters until Fusion add a more parametric option like flange length "to object".

Thank you, that did help.  Apparently this only works for me when using the inner contour line of my sketch, not the outer.  However, I got it to work.  Appreciate it!
