Creased edges after lofting

Hello All!

I'm trying third day to solve my issue, searched this forum, but still dumb, how can I avoid creased edges while lofting in my model? I attached screenshot and link to model.

Short answer, Loft many sketches in one loft, not segmenting, with many Lofts.

 

When joining a loft to a preceding body, Hide the sketch, and loft to the body edge instead.

Not checked that file yet.  answering on the zebra photo.

Do NOT  feel dumb! Please!

 

Doing this well is really quite an advanced topic and many people get this wrong. So...

 

1. Avoid piecing your loft profiles and rails together from many individual sections. You'll get better results if you use continuous curves for one loft section.

2. If you do piece them together then you need to use the tangent or continuity constraints in the sketches and in the loft UI to make sure your lofted surfaces transition smoothly.

 

3. This is easier said than done 😉
