Crashed while recovering document

Fusion crashed. I opened the recovery document and it immediately crashed again. Now the recovery document is gone. It is not in the crashrecovery folder or in the local appdata. I am guessing it is just gone with NO way to restore it?

Did you get the cer service dialogue, do report the crash? Did you report it at it makes officials lives easier to find where it happened,
