Crash on "Get latest"

Hi,

Is anyone else also experiencing crashes when working with inserted models and when pressing "Get latest" to update the model (s)?

If yes, is there any good work around to avoid it?

sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes during the Get Latest workflow.

Could look into the similar thread and try the suggestions that are there like check version of your graphic card driver?

Have you sent a crash reports via CER dialog?

You could also attach your diagnostic file here for deeper investigation.

Yes I have reported the issue via the dialog several times. How can I extract the diagnostic file?

There are several similar threads, and I just added my own yesterday.

This is unlikely to be a graphics driver problem, because it happens on my mid 2010 i7 iMac as well as on my brand new high spec Microsoft Surface book.

@ahreum.ryu maybe you should look at these cases together 😉

I found a report logged internally as FUS-30309.

Hope it will fixed a delivered ASAP.
