Copying drawing from autocad into fusion

Hi,

I have designed a outline image of a ship i want to engrave in my project. I designed this in Autocad because i have more experience in there then in Fusion.

To engrave this ship, i have to import it in Fusion. Right now, i do this by screenshotting the ship in autocad and save it as JPG. And then i convert the .JPG to .SVG, and THEN i can import it in Fusion.
Problem is, the drawing in .svg form is no longer a single line drawing like it is in autoCad, instead it created 2 outlines around the single line that existed in autocad.

This takes up a lot of more time when i engrave.

My question: is there a way to copy the drawing from Autocad into Fusion without having to import it as svg? Or at least keep the single line design from autocad.

Top photo is the drawing in autocad which is single line
Bottom drawing is the .svg file in fusion which has double lines

BTW i use ' 2D trace' to engrave this.ship autocad.jpgship fusion.jpg

Hi,

Simply save as DXF in ACAD and import into Fusion.
