Copy first 10 sketches and offset planes to new design

I have a design done and want to start a new one.  There is commonality between the 2 in that if I can take the first 10 sketches and the associated offset plane to a new design, it would save me a lot of time.  Are there any tutorials on this?  Thanks.

Why not Save As a new file name.

Drag the Timeline History Marker to just after Sketch10 and then Right Click - Delete all after?
