Copy Circle on a Rectangle

Hi,

I created a new drawing. I sketched a rectangle. I sketched a circle on the (plane of) rectangle.

I want make a copy of the circle. I want the copy of the circle to also be on the rectangle.

I select/right click on the circle, so that the context menu appears. I select Move/Copy from the context menu, the Move/Copy dialog appears [deceiving name it is]......HOWEVER.......in the Move/Copy dialog, there no option (checkbox or any control) to copy the selected sketch object (my circle).

How can I copy my circle?

Use the Copy command, not the Move/Copy command.  Many threads on this UI issue.

Thanks for your help. The software doesn't have a menu at the top......so, uh....where exactly is the copy command ????

[makes you wonder; if you can't get something as sinple as copy/paste correct......what else is messed up]

It's on the same context menu as the Move/Copy.

@akerezy Thank You for sharing the problem with the community.

I suggest you try the ARRAY command replace the copy command and by using the ARRAY command you can arrange the copy in circular and rectangular manner.

May the above information helps you to solve your problem if yes then give kudo and accept it as the solution

There is no Array command in Fusion 360.  There are patterns, but these don't appear applicable to the OP's question.Copy.jpg
