Converting Sketchup files

We have a customer that sent us some sketchup files and I need to convert the file to something usable for molding. Currently the part is a MeshBody with roughly 10,000 triangles. I have tried Convert and Mesh-Reduce with no success.

Thanks

Can you Attach the original stl or Sketchup file here

or

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

See Attached solid bodies converted in Autodesk Inventor Professional.

My preference would be to use only as reference in remodeling from scratch.
