Constrained orbit bug

I was messing with the constrained orbit and found this:

The way it is now constrained orbit seems rather unusable.

Thanks for posting this. I have reported this to develoment via (FUS-23739). We will investigate this further and find out what the cause of this rotation "glitch" is.
