Question when Selecting File->open:
1. Do I have the ability to cleanup the projects and files to be more organized on the hub? I did not realize the fusion web client is not the same view of these files on the hub.
2. Within the project, there is the comments. Where do the posts reside? Another assumption on my part was thinking the post is saved with the project when saved.
You have to ability to create New Folders, Move and Copy within the Fusion Web Database. You can likewise delete Files, Folders and even Projects using the Archive command.
Forum posts are not saved to your Web Database.

@jhackney1972 I have the education license so may not be exactly what you have? There is a Home button (pic 1) that shows al the folders and files (pic2) that i can perform operations on.
Fusion Educational License has all the features of a Fusion Subscription License which I am using. You are looking in the wrong place. Open your Data Panel and look for the icon I indicate below.

aaah I see have to select a drill down into my project.
When I click on the web icon, the Fusion Web Client only display this info:
Also reading about ways to launch Fusion Web Client in different ways still displays the image above.
I have no idea what "FTM" is? Try another method, enter this address in your favorite Web Browser. Once there, log in using your Autodesk ID and Password. This is the same you use to log into Fusion.

Hmmm viewing that location does not match my data panel.
I'm wondering if I have missed a step when creating my projects shown in the data panel to be incorporated into your mentioned location?
I will create another post asking about the FTM site when clicking on the web in the data panel.
Of course the website I gave you does not look like the Data Panel, it is the Web Database. It DOES contain all your Projects, Folders and Files. Do a little exploration in it and you will see all. Start by Left Clicking on the word Fusion in the top left corner and you will see all your projects.
