Confused 2D drawing views?

Hi Pramod & team,

I'm having an a weird issue here, with rotated views - maybe you could look into it? 

When dimensioning radii, on a rotated view, the dimension's arrows are pointing all over the place, except to the radius/curve to which they would apply.  On the UN-rotated view, the radii dimensions are showing up just fine.

An example is attached.

I downloaded and opened your drawing and I can see your misplaced radial dimensions but I cannot replicate you issue.  I tried to add radial dimensions to your drawing and to a new sheet, all dimensions came in correctly.  Screencast will show this.

Thanks for checking, John - the dimensions you show in the screencast are how I would need them to behave, but they're not.  On my end, they're all over the place - except where they are in your example.  I've also never seen this before.

Deleting them & redoing the radius dimensions gives me the same result as in the drawing I uploaded.

My Fusion 360 version = 2.0.13377 - I think, it's the most recent version?

On my older PC, the workhorse I used prior to this new one, I've also got Fusion 360 installed. It just updated to the latest release & it gives me the exact same error as shown in my earlier post. 

What can I say....  But you can't solve an error, if you don't have it or can't reproduce it.

I can use a leader note, that works just fine for the time being. Hope this bug goes away by itself, in the next update. 😅

Guys, I just revisited John's screencast again & it now struck me that John used the automatic dimensioning function - I tried that too now & *that* does work correctly as intended.

However, I used the specific "Radius dimension" function (6th in the dropdown menu) & that's when it goes all over the place.

Could you verify, if this error is now repeatable at your end, please?

Yes, I just retested using the dedicated Radius dimension command and I get the erroneous results the OP originally reported.  So until this is fixed, you will have to use the Automatic Dimension command.  Good catch!
